The other day I was having problems in converting image (png) to .ico files to customize the icon on my Vista desktop till I’ve run into this plug in for photoshop that I want to share with you

download the .rar file, extract the plug in into the photoshop plug ins directory – C/programm files/adobe/photoshop/plug ins

open photoshop and you will have the option to save you images as .ico files and customize your desktop icons
