Dual booting Vista is really easy...

Requirements : Dvd Drive,Vista dvd,512+ ram,Acronis Disk Director Suite(or any partition manager),60+gb Computer,20+gb free space.

Use this tool to test for compatibility
CODE
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/getready/upgradeadvisor/default.mspx

After Buring Vista to disc....Open your partition manager / Acronis Disk Director Suite.

Make it like 20+gb

Now Proceed within...then pop in vista dvd and install on that drive.

Now, once you restart your computer, you'll get a choice to boot into XP or Vista.

"Microsoft Windows" refers to Vista, and "Earlier version of Windows" refers to XP. The default choice is Vista, and you have 25 seconds to make another choice. Otherwise it boots into Vista automatically.
