My Dad has put a lot of effort into creating his own photography website and he is after constructive feedback on how to improve it further. Please remember it's only just gone live and is his first attempt at anything like this. Can you please take a look around the site and leave feedback in a reply post to this thread.

I will then give him everyone constructive feedback. Thank you very much! drinks.gif

In general, nice page.

The HEADLINE (Iles Images) should not be a win-standard font, though... Maybe create a logo...?

Get rid of the LINKS section!!!!!!! You want your customers to stay on YOUR site!!!!!

Don't write contact US, just CONTACT (you already got a section named "about US". One "US" is enough)

Place the Prices and Information section within the shopping cart. Words like PRICES and COSTS should never be placed @ a main page

@ the About-us page

1) dont start with "Hi, my name is Stephen." That either sounds like AA or 1st grade. put a photo at top (as it IS a photo-related HP) with your name under it
2) statements like "HOPEFULLY sell some" doesn't seem very confident of your Quality, right?! ;)

@ the Gallery-Page

1) @ the gallery-main-page all pics should be the same size
2) the subcategory-headlines (eg. british wildlife, farm, transportation, ...) are a bit far away from the actual categ. (why not create a mouse-focus effect @ the category-pics...?)

hope i could be of some help...

The lay-out looks good but the colors are quite plain. A good background image might help as well I think like a nature image or something the like smile3.gif
