- express their support, or disdain, for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) (such as GreenPeace, Red Cross, Amnesty International, Doctors Without Boarders etc.)
- express their support, or disdain, for internationl financial institutions (such as: The World Trade Organization [WTO], The International Monetary Fund [IMF], The World Bank etc.).
- express their opinions with regard to current events and the way(s) in which these events are portrayed by various media outlets.
- discuss the pros and cons of various economic theories.
- discuss social issues and taboos.
- discuss the positive and/or negitive effects caused by government policy, both foreign an domestic.
so, simply asking whether anyone can access a website or not is NOT a debate
