Although the issue's of last year seem over it's still a unknown entity. No one is sure who is behind the operation these days or what the future is holding for them. I would just say it's better to avoid.

He does say it's only part one of a three part list so maybe h33t is on the 2nd or 3rd part.

Since this is a direct download site rather than a torrent one, and a paying site at that, and since it has movies which are not out on DVD yet, I suspect it's not legit. Please do not link to it again as darkside rules state no links to DDL sites. This is in order to keep darkside and it's user safe.

If your thinking about paying them for a subcription then don't as it's a dodgy illegal scam.

I also miss mininova, it was my favorite, now almost exclusively use the Demonoid and Piratebay, despite all the problems they have had, are still the most famous here in my country!

Although where we find better torrents is in 1337x, h33t, Demonoid and of course here in our Darkside!

Nice post - thanx...But TPB on the first place??? I have started my torrenting there many years ago (my first downloaded&uploaded torrent ) - now I dont think that TPB is exactly hmmmm...safe

Honestly,

I think that the TPB remains the most "wanted" torrent site on the Internet, imagine the normal Peer looking for a torrent, most use google as first place to look, and almost always the first result is a TPB link, not for being the best, far from it, but it is the most famous throughout the world, mostly because of "bad" advertising media, but everyone knows, no publicity is bad!

And besides even if the TPB is being monitored in some way by some secret organization, they can not hold all their uploaders!
That's enough the P2P community to lose one of its favorite sons last year, Mininova, we can not let they put an end to the TPB, it was practically a victory for the MPAA and company!

They can not stop us!

They have some text explaining what is going on at the home page!

Like i said, i prefer Demonoid, h33t and 1337x, they have a better selection of torrents there and are very good sites to get a lot of peers!
And their trackers work in good speeds...
