hey gang I have these files from a game called "Bloons" when I extracted the rars a folder called "PSP GAME" and a file called "UMD_DATA.BIN" came up. I really don't where to put them, but the psp shows the "corrupted data" icon after ive put them on.

oh yeah im running 5.50GEN-A (Full) on a psp 2001

I'm not a 100% sure jblade, but there are two folders on the psp, one for movies and one for games. The files have to be placed in one or the other. If there not in the right folder the psp wont recognise them.

PSP games should be in the ISO folder, if its a PS1 games, I think it goes in PSP > GAME

I had my son's psp softmodded and it took me a while to figure out what goes where. The psp is not in use now and I cant remember the folder lay-out.

Trial and error.. if it's in the wrong place it just wont read the file.. no harm done.. I think.

You've extracted too far. Those files are the contents of a PSP ISO.

Use UMDGEN to create an ISO using those files.

Not had a PSP for a few months so didn't recognise the files

thats exactly what i did! winrar is associated with iso files and i didnt realize it so extracted again.
