I want to know how to make vocals sound soft as seen in this song

It sounds like the vocals have been put through a vocoder or Auto-tune software (such as Antares Auto-tune ) - its a similar effect to that used by Cher on "I believe". Theres also a bit of reverb on it - and probably a fair bit of compression too
