Bit off topic of the original thread but I know the answer.

The song is a cover of Genesis Land Of Confusion by the band Disturbed. That cartoon is actually one of the videos they released with this song. Its not the most common one which is live footage of the band on stage and backstage. this video was a bit controversial as people thought it was a nazi symbol but it is a $ turned on its side and if you watch close the arm patchs on the troops change between that and the flags of the G8 nations.
