cant see a football maneger game working i mean to have a league system requires a finite number of teams say 20-30, ofcourse there is no limit to how many leagues there are but what if you are in a league and your designated opponent doesnt weigh in ?

I'd love a Massively Multiplayer Online FirstPersonShooter, like a huge warzone

EA Sports NHL09 and NHL10 have MMO capability. I believe it's the first sports game to have something like that. You basically join a team and work on stats and achievements for your created character and earn upgrades. It's pretty fun! I imagine they could do something similar in football, it's just that the positions are more defined in their role. Everyone in hockey basically goes for goals.. haha.
EDIT: World Cup 2010 has multiplayer rpg where each person can create a character... I imagine it wouldn't be too much of a stretch for them to make it MMO for FIFA 11 or something
