Yet again my brain fails on me, And i need some help on this movie i just NEED to see again.

It's "Gangster-Action", Its about 3 or 4 friends controlling the streets, For 3 bigger bosses or something. The "Main character" is puerto rican or something.

Any tipps?

Well only thing that first comes in mind is Blood In Blood Out (Bound by honor). But its a bit older (1993) i guess.
