I only use my regular picture-viewer app (ACDSee pro 3) and for example download a wallpaper from the web, then resize it with acdsee and transfer it to my phone. A great place for mobile pics, ringtones and themes etc is zedge.net, loads of free stuff there.

Windows' own Paint (mspaint.exe) can handle .bmp files as well

Does it have a mini-USB port, for example?

(what's your LG model?)

I don't know if you have a data cable for your phone or not. If you don't you will need one. I have bought a few things from
here. For the cost, and if you need the cable anyway I would just buy it outright and have a legit software copy. If you already have a cable you can find a program called "Data Pilot" it will handle pics, music, videos, address book, ring tones, pretty much what ever features your phone supports. You can also find a version of hte software to connect via blue tooth, but I don't recommend it. I have had terrible luck getting blue tooth dongles that work reliably. I would suggest sticking with a data cable.

if theres no spot for a cable maybe you can transfer it with bluetooth. Other than that if it can browse the web then you can post in it a photo site then upload from there? Good luck.

Does you phone have a memory card? then you could hook that up to your pc.

The data cable probably shares the same port as your charger. I'm not familiar with your particular phone however, but that is a very common setup.

You could use the data cable for the phone or if your phone has MicroSD card you could use that in the phone.

As long as you have a data plan you should be able to send it to your phone, but you will likely pay for the transfer. Again I don't know the particulars of your phone as to how you would set up your email, or do a data transfer from the web. The PC Suites are so much easier to deal with, and cost effective as well.

If your phone can handle MMS you can get some else with a picture phone to send you the picture, thats easier than going through all the internet stuff
