I have a need for help that is way above my pay grade!

I d/l the ESETNod32 program and it worked great for the first three months. Then I got locked out and the password and user name I used to activate Nod32 no longer works. I've tried other password/ u name combination, but to no avail. I've tried to remove it through add/remove program, but I enacted it's system protection and it wants a password. I've tried to contact ESET, but they won't respond. My pass expires 11/19/10, will it let me then? Does anyone have any idea how to go around ESET to remove it?
It really sucks because it won't let me d/l any torrents. Right now life is sucking eggs!
Any help from my more learn ed colleagues (which is just about every one) is greatly appreciated.

try revo free uninstaller or go to esnet site and see if they have a removal tool look here

I rubbed the last two brain cells I had together and got smoke.

I put it in safe mode. It still wouldn't let me do the add/remove, but I was able to delete the file from program files.

Yeah! ESET no more!

Thanks pete21, I'll keep those in mind for future fiascos.
