Wow, those photos are REALLY awesome! clapping.gif

Loved the candle picture. But I think that the picture where the guy is kissing the girl. He stands out to much. Really to much. Some colour adding with the girl might help this.

Just giving my opinion. Really nice picture asides from the one I mentioned above.

first off go to your tools pallet and select the magnetic lasso tool....then carefully trace around the the outline of the item you would like to keep in colour, once this is done the line should look like a line of marching ants....now go to select and choose inverse now the marching ant line will go around everything else in the photo and thus lets photoshop know that you want to adjust everything in the photo except the item you want left in colour.

now there is 2 ways of doing the next part.

1st.......use a plugin i use Optikverve labs virtual photographer just type this into google (its a free to use plugin thats great for converting to black and white).
once installed go to filter >>>> Optikverve labs >>> Virtual photographer ... and with in this plugin you can select all kinds of black and white exposure techniques when happy simply click apply, and you will be left with a black and white photo with the selected item left in colour.

2nd..... go to layer >>> new adjustment layer >>> Hue and saturation..... a box will pop up , click OK.........another box will appear with three slide options use the middle slider only (Saturation) and slide this all the way to the left....and click OK...and as above you will have a black and white photo but the item you selected using the magnetic lasso tool will remain in colour .

hope this helped :)

I am speechles. They so beautiful. I would not mind some of them (grass) on my desktop. You are very creative; congratulation. Light; I see you like the contrast of shade and light. I bet you do draw beautifully too. It is a pleasure to see picks like that. Thank you. a013.gif drinks.gif
