There seems to be a 'flaw' (or at least an inconvenience) in uTorrent - If a torrent has multiple trackers it will only use the first one listed unless the trackers are in different groups
As there are is large uT userbase this obviously has fairly far-reaching consequences and can limit both seeding and leeching for those users
The good news is that MakeTorrent2 seems to always put each tracker in a separate group automatically
The way to do it in other applications varies - Here's how to do it in uTorrent and Azureus -
uTorrent
The uT forums say to simply leave a blank line between each announce URL - Without the blank line uT will treat all the trackers as belonging to the same group - The blank line signifies the end of one group and the start of the next one
Azureus
After selecting the 'Add multi-tracker information to torrent' box in the first dialog box click Next and then on the following page click 'New' - Right-click the 'Tracker Group' line in the box that comes up and select New Group - You can then add an announce URL to that group - Repeat for each announce URL you wish to use - This way all the trackers will end up in separate groups and uTorrent users should be able to pick them all up
This is important because without doing this uT users will be restricted to a single tracker - And it's even more important if you're using uT to seed - If you don't use separate groups then on all but the first tracker your torrent will probably show as having no seeds
