I'm going to go with Fight Club for me. There were days when I would have it running on my other screen on loop for 3 or 4 times a day.

Hi Locke, welcome to the Darkside!
In recent years, I've probably seen The Incredibles the most, as I had the DVD on my computer and that made it easy to have another watch

Glad I'm not the only Aliens nut out there (Alien Quadrillogy appx. 5x each). I had First Blood and 48 Hours on loop when they first came out. That would be appx 50x each). My last loop and the winner hands down is Man on Fire appx 70 views and counting.

I'm such a sports nut
The football freak I am, The Program and Varsity Blues have been played over 50 times each at my house. The Longest Yard (old version is up there to).
Youngblood is around 30-40 times.
But the movie that has been watched numerous times over on VHS, now DVD is
SLAPSHOT. Word for word, scene for scene, hell I can even tell you the credits. Watched this movie when I was real young, and it has been in my collection now for over 25 years. When nothing else fails I pop this flick in
non-sports movies I'm going to have to add that I've watched 20-30 times over;
Goodfellas
Scarface
Riddick
Road Trip

All time most watched film would have to be the original Star Wars, easily seen it over a hundred times, didn't most us boys of that age?
Recently most watched are 300 and Hot Fuzz. I spent about a week watching them both each night with different friends who hadn't seen them.

Oddly enough, mine is the same as the OP.
Fight Club.
In fact, I just got done watching it again (literally.....movie ended, came here to spam the boards and saw this thread). I can watch it 10 times in a row every day for a week and still want to take a punch in the stomach/hit someone in the eye afterwards.
I've tried it IRL. It.....doesn't work out like in the movie. People get angry. :(
Brad Pitt is one of my favorite actors, as well as Edward Norton.
