Hey out there

Are you one of them who just wakes up one day and thinks... Ohh i want to play like in the old days, i know i am.
Nothing beats a good Dos-game, so simple and so original...

Lets say you have found your game, on a floppy disk or some site with dos games like dosgames.com
You run the .exe file and an error comes up. if you are i little slow sometimes like me i just downloaded the same game from 5 different places, but still the same error... so i started reading...

And here is what i got.

You need and emulator, this guide ill use DOSbox

When installed start it. now you'll see a black window looking a little like command prompt.

You need to mount a C-drive in the program (if the game is on your c-drive, otherwise what drive it on)

Every time it say "/" you'll need to use the backwards one, my computer just wont...

You do that by writing:

mount c C:/users

next step is to use that drive

c:/

next step is to find the game in DOSbox, like in cmd when you need to into a folder you write "cd folder-name"

ex.
cd inpacion/desktop/gamefolder/

Now when you are "in" the folder with the game in (you cant see it, so look at the folder names)

Just write the *.exe files name

ex.
game-name

And the game should start

If you need more help, write a comment, PM me or write /help in DOSbox

as always hope you can use it drinks.gif
