I've used Nero Express as it is included with most burners

.bin = binary file (holds the actual data)
.cue = cue sheet file (contains the track layout)

bin / cue
Verify that the path in the cue sheet is correct by opening it in Notepad.
The file should look like this:

FILE “IMAGE BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00

It should not read
FILE "C:TEMPIMAGE.BIN" BINARY

If there is any path name just remove it…also make sure the name of the .bin in the cue sheet is the same as the .bin file that you have on your Hard disk.

Burning bin/ cue files

load Nero and choose "Copy and Backup" and then "Burn Image To Disc"

Choose the “file type” in the drop down menu and select “Image Files(.nrg,.iso,.cue)”
Locate the .cue file and click “open”

Choose writing speed (or let Nero choose it), select Disc-At-Once(Nero selects in later copies) and then click “burn” or “write”

Burning .ISO files
ISO = ISO-9660 disc image (CD image file and is the exact copy of the entire CD in one single file)

Follow the same procedure, but, it is only necessary to add the .ISO file.

NB. Nero isn’t capable of writing all types of image files, try, CDRWin if there are any problems.
bbez
if you use nero and not nero express, just start the program, click "cancel" on the wizard then click on "recorder" on the top menu options and select "burn image", then, browse to your image file you want to burn (.cue .nrg or .iso file)
