Hello and welcome to the Vista Aero Cursors in XP tutorial!

Please PM and just feel free to ask for them, if you cannot get them through other methods, I will be more than happy to send them to you!

This is a very simple tutorial which is covered over four steps! If you have any problems understanding the steps or you get stuck please, PLEASE, PLEASE PM me!
Well here we go!

One:
Unzip the Aero cursors and put the size (Normal, large or X-large) cursors into 'C:\WINDOWS\Cursors' – You can put them all in but this can get confusing!

Two:
Now you have done the first step, go to 'Start Menu -> Control Panel' if this is not there go to Run type 'Control' and hit enter. Once in the control panel on the left 'Switch to Classic View' if you haven't done so already, this will make control panel easier to navigate. In here you should see an icon of a mouse with the title 'Mouse' – Open this!

Three:
Now you need to go to the 'Pointers' tab select each mouse pointer click 'Browse...' and using the guide below select accordingly!
(Note: Those file names I give are for the default size if you are wanting to use the large or extra large cursors please put "_l" at the end of all the file names for large and "_xl" for extra large!!)
Normal Select -> aero_arrow
Help Select -> aero_helpsel
Working in Background -> aero_working
Busy -> aero_busy
Handwriting -> aero_pen
Unavailable -> aero_unavail
Vertical Resize -> aero_ns
Horizontal resize -> aero_ew
Diagonal resize 1 -> aero_nwse
Diagonal resize 2 -> aero_nesw
Move -> aero_move
Alternate Select -> aero_up
Link Select -> aero_link

Four:
Now click "Save as..." and call it something like "Windows Vista – Aero [SIZE]"
Click ok and it's all done! =]

Thanks for reading! Hope this worked for you and you enjoyed it!
