I have one theorie concerning Bleach, and to be precise, Urahara Kisuke.
Is Urahara really an vizard?
My theorie is that he really could be.
What we knew about Urahara was that he used to be a captain in a Gotei, but then he left that behind and now is living in humans world. We also knew that he was a scientist that developed meny things including that training method that allowed Itchigo reach his Bankai within few days.
Now we knew those things, and later on we learned about Vizards. They are a group of shinigami that have been thrown out of soul society because they tried to get more power by relising their hollow powers. We also know that Itchigo could be considered an Vizard because of the way he obtained his shinigami powers back.
These are the few facts we know about, but now that the story is in "turn back the pendalum", we have been shown a few more things that support this theory.
First, Shinji and other Vizards used to be pretty high ranked in shinigami world. Second we are shown how Urahara is promoted to the rank of a captain.
This proves that Shinji and his gang wasn't Vizards before Urahara became Captain and it gave some perspective on the matter how close they were.
Also this might indicate that Urahara had something to do with their tranformation.
My theory is that Uraha did something that made Shinji and the rest of the gang to turn in to the vizards. It is also funny how Urahara didn't even flinch when Itchigo got his powers back. It was almost as he had seen it happen before (With himself perhaps?).
Now that they tranformed, they were banished from Seirentei, but for some reason, Urahara decided on living on his own.
So could he actually be Vizard or at least the mad scientist who made them?

i agree with you that he invented that training method to obtain and he also said that Ichigo has more spiritual power than him

the vizards werent trying to get more powerful but Aizen was experimenting on hollow transformation on other shinigami that suddenly disappeared from Serent hence the investigation squad that later turned in vizards

well Urahara actually saved Sinji and his group...my theory why Urahara and Shinji' group live seperately is probably they arrived in the "real world" seperately....also i dont think he is a vizard because in his hearing they removed all his spiritual powers, so he definitely cant be a vizard because hehas no reitsu or spirtual power ...well thats my theory any way
Urahara didn't lose his spirit energy. Yourichi saved him from central 46, when he was being sentenced. She took him and the vizards to the real world.
Ichigo is the main character of course he will have enormous power compared to the rest.
What I would like to happen is Aizen win the battle to create the King's Key. To unlock a new dimension with Aizen running off to invade the "King's Palace". While he makes his get away. the shinigami regroup and realize that they're not strong enough to pursue Aizen. Considering the creators have proven to me how weak they are. haha. So it's left up to Ichigo and friends along with the Vizards to pursue him. To save the King. Which could lead to limitless possibilities. Perhaps they could expand more on the skills performed by the characters. Possibly years of episodes.
Aizen's side - would be to collect a new army to invade the kings palace.
Ichigo's side - has to brave the unknown gaining strength in battles along the way.
In the end Ichigo finally gets his own his Captain Rank and his "Gotei" Squad #15 (that is stationed in the real world), and the Vizards are his subordinates. Granted by the King. The Shinigami will have no alternative but to recognize their power. And so they can finally stop making fun of Ichigo for being a substitute shinigami.

I dont know who just read the latest manga of bleach. But Ichigo just lost his Shinigami powers and is not able to see the others any more after he defeated Aizen. Is this the end of Bleach????? 
God I hope not but I guess that all good things come to a end once.....
