First step - Open up Media Player Classic

Second Step - To your top left hand corner, locate "File". Click on it and it will open various options. Click on the first one that says "Quick Open File"

Third Step - locate the movie file and click "Open". It should now start playing in your "Media Player Classic".

Fourth Step - Locate "File" to your top left hand corner again. This time, click the option that says "Save Thumbnails".

Fifth Step - Create a folder anywhere on your pc and name it "Screenshots". Adjust the rows and colums of the thumbnail screenshots, adjust the pixel dimension, and click "Save"
