Have you ever torrented a movie or a TV show (usually an anime) and found that it is in a language you can't understand even though the title has the word "English" in it? Sometimes these files are what we call "Dual audio". Dual audio has absolutely nothing to do with whether its in Mono or stereo, instead it tells the user that the file has two languages (or sometimes just one language with an alternate dub) inside of it. To show you what I mean I will explain with a step by step guide using an universal program used by every OS (VLC).

Step 1-Acquire a dual audio torrent:
Dual audio torrents are relatively easy to find and are most commonly movies or cartoons in different languages. They also normally have titles like "(Movie/shows name here) English Dual Audio [(host's name)]". Take note where it says English Dual audio. That states that it has both the language of origin and English as possible viewing languages. Its not always English however, sometimes it will say "(Movie/shows name here) French Dual audio [(host's name)]. Here is a visual to show you what I mean.

Step 2-Open the file:
This step is self explanatory. Find the file's location, and open it using VLC (once again I'm using VLC as an example, other programs may be used for this). Note how the file won't be playing in English (if it is, stop right here and enjoy your show.)

Step 3-Select preferred language:
From there pause (you don't have to pause the clip, but its helpful to pause when you don't want to restart to see what you missed) the clip and go to the top of the the program where it lists "File View Settings Audio Video Navigation Help", Click on "Audio". Once you've clicked on Audio it will most likely have a list of two languages (and occasionally the option saying "No audio"). The languages will most likely be listed as the primary language from which the clip originated from (for anime its normally japan, for Spanish soap operas its normally Spanish) then the secondary language under it. Notice how the primary language is selected, simply click "English" (or whichever language was listed in the file's name) and you will be able to enjoy the clip in the language you speak.
