Nice job hsv4me, Union Jack you can get the lightnening effect using Xenofex 2. Nice filter with lots of scope. Easy to play with

I like those kind of streaky backgrounds ~ just done a river similar. But looks a bit bare without text mate somehow. Hovely looking girl and colours tho.
