if it had DRM then you will need a proper program to break that, now first i must ask, are you on a mac? or is it iTunes for Windows?
depending on your actual system will change my recommendations

.wma is a Windows format.
You can download Windows Media Player for Mac:

Perian

http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/28842if you need to do it in iTunes, there might be a way but I don't know how. I think you'll have to convert to .mp3 first but i might be wrong. You've got some research to do.

if you can get those codecs and play it in iTunes that groon first posted, you should be able to convert to an iPod format :)

As far as I know, iPods don't support wma,,, and iTunes doesn't load system codecs (unlike Quicktime) so you can't use it to play/convert wma.
Only way to get them to your unhacked iPod is to first convert them to mp3.

I would be careful with downloads not recommended or tested by the wizards here; I had crash and audio problems for months, probably because of a third party software (free or not)
Always check if it is safe and if it is compatible with your OS and computer and donīt try to get "smart too fast" just saying...
