morning all, can you help a thick old man.. i downloaded a couple of kvcd releases from here but cant play them. what am i doing wrong? what do i do with the cue and bin files? please help me thanks

Hi Sofaking!

Welcome to Darkside, its just a great place. As far as Kvcd's I can tell you how to play them, I actually have problems burning them, perhaps someone else can lend a hand there.

I suggest you download "VLC"

VLC a013.gif

I use it all the time as an alternative to Quicktime Player. Once you download it, just drag and drop either the Bin file OR the Cue file. Either will work.

You can burn them CD in Toast if you want a hard copy. Drag the .bin file into Toast, insert a CD and click the "Burn" button. It will automatically load the .cue file and burn a CD that can be played.

Or, I *think* VLC will play it.

toast wont burn it and vlc wont play it..ill look for a xvid version of sponge bob who pants..haha thanks anyway peeps
