I just Print Screen (in Photoshop) step by step and then pasted and edited it on Fireworks. I make my tuts using Fireworks 8. The watermarks are just white text in Soft Light and with low opacity

Depends mate. Fireworks is light and easy to use but has limited features unlike Photoshop.
