as far as i can remember.. this is all i know of him.. (i once saw him in some episode in "cartoon network"

..he was a friend of batman.. he had no face actually it was like a empty surface, although he cud talk.. he usually comes as the character of a detective and this is the only dialogue i remember of him "i usually go through the trash can (dust-bin or watevr) at all my investigations" -i dont think this is exactly the dialogue he says.. but htis is all i cud remember of him

......can u tel me his name, i liked his attitude at the episode.. hey, i just hope some1 cud have known him.. i just want his name and the series in which he is in..
