Any Genre, any generation, just a great album!

Overcome - All that remains (2008)

All that remains' fourth album. I really enjoy the melody in their music, whilst keeping such power. Some of the original All that remains fans may not like it as much because of it's more mainstream sound, compared to the earlier albums, which were much heavier and technical sounding, but I think it's great.

A Split-Second - From The Inside

Still my favourite album after 20 years of listening to it, with my favourite track as well: Choke (the days and drown the nights) smile3.gif

Totally agree with SpongeBong about Overcome. Great album.

I'm going to have to go with Lamb Of God's newest release Wrath. Kickass metal album and even throw in some acoustic guitar to soften it a bit. Sounds great.

And New World Orphans by (hed) P.E. just because they gave me my name :P

Never heard of the band. Had a quick scout here on Darkside, and coudn't find it listed. How about sharing it with us ADL? I for one am always interested in listening to new (to me) music. Do you know of a link to an active torrent of the album anywhere? Fancy upping it yourself? Spread the word! drinks.gif biggrin.gif
