Well, lets start a discussion about Conventions and such! I'll start by saying, I went to I-Con this year, at Brentwood, NY. I-Con is one of the largest Sci-Fi/Anime Conventions on the east coast. And next year, me and my friends will be attending Otakon. And we'll be cosplaying as Team Fortress 2 characters! I get to be the medic!

So... whose gone to conventions? Who still go regularly? Who plans on going?

I love cons!! I've been going to sci-fi, anime, gaming and Star Trek conventions since I was a kid. I've never cosplayed before, but have booted around the idea of cosplaying as people from either TF2 (no lie!!), Gears of War or Rival Schools. LoL We have a thing for video games I guess.

I've been going to Anime Expo for the last 3 years now. I try to convince more friends to come every year. It's the best con I've ever been to, hands down.

It was a good weekend, Lots of different and interesting costumes except for a stormtrooper wearing white gumboots.
I only attended the last day but next year its all or nothing, cant wait.

i usually go to the weed convention in amsterdam, you can smoke with alot of people and try out new weed

I'd like to attend the Cannabis Cup someday, myself.

I've just got my son tickets for the London Expo in May. He loves anime and is really looking forward to it. Very reasonably priced as well. £13 for a fast track ticket
