i hate star wars, but i love the music they play during the battles
and the soundtrack from slumdog millionaire (mostly M.I.A)
and ofcourse the song in the beginning of how high (by cypress hill)

has 2 be the devils rejects soundtrack or possibly the matrix for me or even the freddy vs jason soundtrack

Theme from Braveheart ..

I love all the songs from the Matrix trilogy, and few songs from Braveheart, 300, F&F, How high :) I'm sure that there're more of them, but I simply don't remember everything

Matrix, my favorite, i hv to try the whole version first.

The last of the mohicans soundtrack is great. Also i like Harry Gregson-Williams style of music. (Enemy of the state, Spy game, Man on fire,and the new X-men Origins:Wolverine)

John Williams or Vangelis, those two will always lift the quality of a movie for me. The Batman Begins theme (Hans Zimmer) and Inside Man theme ('Chaiyya Chaiyya Bollywood Joint', though it sounds better at 2x speed ) are also two that spring to mind

I loved the theme of JUNO

For soundtracks I'd say "Reservoir Dogs"
