I know of two that are popular and friendly and well run.

Avistaz - AvistaZ Asian Torrents, Best of Asian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Hongkong, Thai, India - Movies, Music and TV Drama

D-addicts - Well put together site.

i personally use acfmovies.com for my kung fu, wu xia fix. they also have other asian movies like action, drama, comedy, etc.

only catch is that its not a torrent site, they use edonkey.

My wife uses a site called Darkzone ( Can't imagine where they got the idea for a name like that! ). Only trouble is, it's all in Thai script, and I don't know if there's an English version. She finds some good stuff (mostly Thai and Chinese) on there. Could be worth a google.
