1)Create a blank image and fill the background in black, then using the type tool write
in white the text you wish to use.



2)Then go to Filter » Blur » Gaussian Blur and change the radius to anything from 2.5 - 3.0.





3)Click on the smudge tool and then along the top tab go to brushes next to file browser
change the settings so they are the same as the image bellow.



4)Once you have changed the smudge settings you can shape you text how you like.



5)Go to adjustment layer along the bottom of the layer window and select color ballance as
shown bellow once you are on this change your settings to the ones shown bellow.



SHADOW


MIDTONES


HIGHLIGHTS


And your done at the end of it your text should look something like the one bellow yahoo.gif
