tel me something more on about the OS

this is the only thing i can think of that's close to what you speak of, but it's firmware, not an OS and it's for mp3 players: http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/RockboxUtility

i don't know of any OS that is < 10 MB and can decode audio/video files and output them to the screen, sounds a little farfetch'd to me

OK here we go.

I downloaded it and the windows installer and rebooted and guess what? It works

Would i use it? No i dont think so, not on the hardware i use but if i had an old pc that i wanted to run something like this on then yes it's a good choice

What are you going to use it for my friend rottzy?

Super great find there m8. Running it off my flash drive on an older machine, with a mp4 of Fast and furious, and it's running very well. Great find!
