Hi I've just been given a very old mac, never used one before, I thought it would be good for the young ones to play on, it isnt going on the web or anything like that, problem is it hasnt got a mouse with it, and I'm getting serious grief from the kids, I know on a pc you can change the settings so you can use the direction keys on the keyboard, is there any way to do this with the mac until i can get a mouse for them??
thanks in advance for any help.

Ah sorry yes, it's a LC 11 that's all that's on it so I'm assuming that's the model. it is about 15 years old

Hi there I am a mac user, I was gonna post a tutorial but i found
this much better one. Hope it helps

Basically you need to go into:
System Prefernces--->
Universal Access---->
Mouse and trackpad (if macbook)----->
Mouse Keys On.
That should do it.
This is for Mac OS 10.5, 'Leopard' but it should be the same in older verions of OSX
EDIT I just noticed what mac you are using, Its quite an old machine and may be running Mac OS 9, if so
here are the instructions for OS 9
